This position provided both strategic and day to day human resources supportto managers and employees.
In this role I acted as a regional consultative business partner and serves as the primary HR interface for

Description ofEssential Job Functions:
• Leads Employee Relations investigations and resolve issues with the supportofthe Director of HR
• Provides counsel to managementrelating to disciplinaryprocesses

for region with location managers,Director of Operations and Director of HR • Lead and facilitate individual

as federal and state law

Accomplishments
I joined Con-way Freight in 1996 as a Driver Sales Representative (CDL A) truck driver. I was promoted to
Personnel Supervisor after four years. Over the next 8 years as Personnel Supervisor I improved employee
retention and grew the employee population atmy service center from 25 employees to over 130 employees.
Maintained 100% auditcompliantduring my time in the position.Traveled the region and assisted atvarious
terminals to hire well qualified long term employees,train new hires and maintain auditcompliance in Kronos,
EEOC, Workers Compensation,OSHA,DOT as required.Iwas later promoted to Human ResourceGeneralist
for the region.
Driver Sales Representative

Responsibilities
CDL A driver responsible for local pickup and delivery of customer's freight.During my time as a driver I also
ran nightline haul to Freight AssemblyCenters in the New England region with the responsibilityof ge tting to
the FAC's on-time, loading and unloading trailers and returning back to my home service center with local
customer's freight.
