If you have used our online ticketing system before, enter your username and password and click “sign in”
If you have not used the online system previously, enter your email under “I Need an Account” and click
“Continue”. You can also call our ticket office at (605) 677-5959
4. If you have forgotten your account credentials, please go through the
Account Recovery protocol.
Click “Do I Have an Account?”, then “Forgot Login?”.
Enter your email address and an email will be sent with reset
instructions
5. Under the “Account” tab, you will have several tabs of information and
settings to choose from. Within these settings, you will be able to
modify your contact information. The following slides will present the
more important ticketing information.
6. “My Account Info” is the default screen you see when you log in. From
here, you can pay for your season tickets, modify your login and
password information, modify credit card information, and update your
address.
7. “My Addresses” will display your billing and shipping information. If you
are a season ticket holder and you re-locate, it is important that we have
your updated information on file. You can add, edit, or delete any
addresses on file.
8. • “My Credit Card” will show past credit cards you have used to
purchase tickets.
• You can add, modify, or delete any credit card
• “My Profile” will show your donation and season ticket purchase
history
• You can also input your birthday!
