Final Phase Team Manager, Gulfstream Aerospace, 03/13-Present
Manage the build of Gulfstream G650 aircraft from green to delivery. Lead a team of 13
employees who provide a finished aircraft to the customer that exceed safety, quality, schedule
and budget requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring that all employees meet FAA
requirements in regards to training and qualifications. I am also responsible for ensuring that the
aircraft and work environment pass all audits to include corporate and federal.
• My team was the first to meet a four week build process.
• Ensuring a quality build has resulted in the least amount of EIS issues.
Paint Operations Manager, Gulfstream Aerospace, 07/11-03/13
Manage the prep process of all Gulfstream aircraft at the Savannah site to include production and
in-service. Responsibilities include the morale, training, and qualifications of 50 aircraft preppers
while maintaining tight budgets and schedules. Responsibilities also include the mentoring of
newer managers and stepping in as Sr. manager in his absence.
• My teams were the first in making attainable work plans that are now being revised to fit
the whole department.
• Putting safety in the forefront of what we do, we have received no recordable injuries for
the year.
Final Phase Team Manager, Gulfstream Aerospace, 11/04-07/11
Manage the build of Gulfstream G450 and G550 aircraft from green through delivery. Lead both
interior and mechanical personnel to complete the build under budget and on time while
maintaining the utmost quality through LSS and the Continuous Improvement Team (CIT).
Responsibilities include the morale, training and qualifications of 11 personnel. Responsibilities
also include maintaining a safe work environment free of injuries and aircraft damage through 5-
S and our safety team.
• My team had the three lowest budgets of the 2010 fiscal year.
• Keeping customer enhancement as a key to success, my team was requested by repeat
customers to build their next aircraft. This is the highest compliment a team can have.
• Have exceeded at all completion center goals to include quality, budget, safety and
customer satisfaction by continually communicating these goals to my teams.
Assistant Store Manager, Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, Akron, Ohio 7/03- 11/04
Manage one third of our store’s business in the third largest Lowe’s Home Improvement
Warehouse in the company. Responsibilities include the incoming and outgoing shipment of
merchandise, loss prevention, financials, and the scheduling of my personnel which consists of
the two busiest departments. Responsible for serving as Manager on Duty in the absence of the
Store Manager in a 170,000-square foot retail space.
• First Seasonal zone in our district to be ready to take in spring merchandise.
• Was complimented by our Regional Vice President on the great presentation of my zone.

Responsible for the administrative requirements of a Basic Combat Training company in the
largest initial entry training installation in the United States Army. Coordinate and supervise all
logistical support of the company, which includes the maintenance and readiness of two vehicles,
preparing and updating training schedules, meal requests, training sites, and motor transport of
soldiers to and from training sites. Additional duties include Physical Security Officer, Crime
Prevention Officer, Battalion Historian, Environmental Compliance Officer, and work orders for
the maintenance of the soldiers’ living quarters.
• Successfully assumed command and effectively supervised 14 permanent party soldiers
and the training of 250 soldiers.
• Redesigned the existing Army Values briefing that had become the battalion standard.
• Ensured 100% of our work orders were completed, even with an undermanned
maintenance department, by working directly with the Department of Logistics and
Engineering.

Second in charge of the only Transportation Motor Transport Company in the 3rd Infantry
Division consisting of 252 soldiers. Responsibilities included leading, supervising, and training
unit supply, communications, NBC, arms room, training room, and maintenance. Additionally,
served as the Rear Detachment Commander during the National Training Center rotation.
• As the Unit Movement Officer, coordinated the movement to and from NTC of 72 pieces
of equipment worth over 12 million dollars with a 100% success rate.
• Supervised a company Change of Command Inventory with no loss of equipment during
the unit’s highest OPTEMPO.
• Chosen over a promotable peer as rear detachment commander responsible for all
company operations during the unit’s deployment to Fort Irwin, CA.
