PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 Managed the Classified Material Control Center (CMCC) and Information Personnel Security
Program (IPSP); these two programs safeguarded information that directly pertained to national
security.
 Administered these programs in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by National level
entities such as; the Department of Defense, the National Security Agency and the Defense
Intelligence Agency. Routinely conducted inspections within my office and satellite offices to ensure
compliance with these standards.
 Maintained 100% compliance rate when inspected by Department of Defense and Defense
Intelligence Agency inspection teams. No information was lost or compromised during my tenure.
 Designed, implemented and executed a complex set of Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)
pertaining to collation and analysis of classified information in the dynamic battlefield environment of
Afghanistan. This SOP was was developed in 2009, and is still widely used today in Afghanistan and
other battlefields. This SOP continues to play a crucial role in preserving the life of US service
members and civilians.
 Developed and maintained the administrative budget. Ensured that individual sections within my
office and satellite offices had the necessary supplies for day to day functions while also staying
within budgetary limits.
 Managed the day to day activities of up to 10 Marines. Provided the necessary instruction and
oversight to ensure that all tasks were completed in a timely manner in accordance with applicable
Marine Corps rules and regulations. Submitted a daily report detailing the activities and location of
every Marine under my charge.
 Analyzed, correlated and synthesized hundreds of reports on a daily basis in order to identify

patterns of enemy activity and to reliably assess future enemy courses of action.
 Utilized MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to generate products based on those assessments.
Delivered these products in daily, weekly, and monthly intervals in the form of point papers as well
as formal and informal oral presentations to decision makers and other executive leadership.
