• Responsible for the management of prospective employee’s applications from when they initially apply to
when they are hired or closed out of an application..
• Responsibilities also include: recommending other positions, redirecting candidates to other high priority
positions, interviewing candidates, submitting notes about each individual candidate, following up with
candidates, and occasionally hiring candidates into specific positions.

• Position created for me, the first in Cheley’s 93 year history. Promoted to position for ability to complete tasks
and consistent, demonstrated desire to go above and beyond what was asked.
• Periodically checking in with Outcamping counselors to ensure they are properly supported and that the
program is running smoothly. Tasked with evaluating staff on their performances over the summer and
recommendations for further employment.
• Handled all equipment requests, organizes equipment for outings, maintains equipment and ensures all
orders are tracked and filled prior to the desired time.
• Children’s Hospital Colorado Burn Camp: Supervised camp activities for burn survivors.
• Air Force Reserve/Air National Guard Teen Summit (2012-2015): Developed a more challenging hiking
program for participants.
• Children’s Hospital Colorado Burn Camp (2012, 2014-15): Supervised appropriate activities for burn survivors
and coordinating with medical staff.

• Initially tasked with intern duties – delivering priority packages, picking up crucial materials, organizing
company functions, and arranging certain details and aspects for client meetings. Quickly given higher priority
tasks, like proofreading, editing content, copywriting, design, managing social media, and campaign creation.
• Developed copy for client Cresswind at Lake Lanier for new campaign launched in 2014. Two headlines
selected for final printed work.
• Copywriting and consultation on other various projects for Cresswind at Lake Lanier as well as other clients
including Verifone and Auto Acceptance.
