Directed an office of 14 analysts that calculated both algorithms and metrics for the aircraft availability improvement
program creating a better sustainment environment for both the CV-22 and AC-130J aircraft. I have received four
letters of appreciation and two awards from leaders at the Pentagon,US Special Operations Command, and Air Force
Special Operations Command (AFSOC) for three separate lean initiatives saving $120K with individual agencies and
$1.6B from the AFSOC yearly budget. Beseeched to work at headquarters stafffor AFSOC by the A4 director as the
lead maintenance analyst. In less than two years, tookover as senioranalyst ensuring qualitative and quantitative data
packages for both AFSOC and USSOCOM management levels.
While composing a seamless aircraft capability statistical report for the $73M CV-22 program, it was used to
prepare the US Special Operations Command Director for a Senate Arms Committee meeting to ensure the
continuation of CV-22 aircraft program. The report was received by the committee and continuation was
granted.
Successfully managed a massive database move of 390 personnel, 1,400 pieces of support equipment and
eight MC-130P aircraft worth $82M. Largest data transfer of a unit since 1994 with only a 12% error margin.
Directed a 6-Sigma project identifying over 71% of documented data in the Air Force Core Automated
Maintenance System was inaccurate. Established an enhanced collaborative data integrity program to 600
personnel through implementing it and educating themon the importance of clean data entry for business.
Streamlined engine transportation process forvehicle managers while directing a CPI initiative. Through the
use of process mapping, I was lucrative in reducing their decision process time to transport engines by 72%.
Analyzed algorithms and metrics utilized for the aircraft availability improvement program with the Air Force

the technology support services availability to activate, protect, and boost their technology security. Launched
productivity procedures through cross-training and certification programs within our office that provided pivotal steps
for team members to develop into better members of the Geek Squad. This triggered management to write those
procedures into corporate guides resolving issues of steps and tasks not being accomplished.
Promoted to field agent three months ahead of the normal one year requirement to perform on-site customer
requests. Fulfilled over16 requests daily using a time management table I developed with an average customer
