We run a structured recruitment process designed to predict candidate
performance accurately and provide right first time recruitment. The
process includes a series of stages including interview, vetting,
assessment and induction.
As an employer you have an obligation to confirm
employees have the right-to-work in the UK before they
start work. Preventing the employment of illegal
immigration and identifying fraud are a high priority for
businesses these days and spotting forged
documentation can be incredibly difficult. If you get it
wrong the implications are very serious.

documentation provided by the candidate is authentic and
in line with Home Office guidance, providing employers
with a statutory excuse against prosecution should the
UK Visas & Immigration choose to inspect the records.
