Electrical Shift Specialist
As part of the shift specialist team my main role is to fault find and ensure
that production lines are on stop for the shortest period of time. Priorities
include maintaining a high level of workmanship and championing health and
safety according to plant and HSE rules. Risk assessments are carried out on
all jobs and any unsafe behaviour is challenged. Duties include:

Acting Shift Technical Maintenance Engineer
As a TME I had to interact with the engineering and manufacturing
management to handle any plant issues that occur from an electrical,
manufacturing and safety point of view. I also worked closely with the Shift
Coordinator on shift issues and assisted the shift-engineering specialists on
