Coca-Cola (2006–Present): Field IT Market Unit Manager
Developed high performance teams throughout the Washington, Oregon, Montana/Wyoming, and Northern
California Market Units for over 8 years, supporting nearly 1000 internal customers from production to sales,
VIP’s to service technicians
Collaborating with facility managers, contractors, and maintenance personnel, successfully managed numerous
site remodels. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure requirements, and understanding how to apply a variety
of solutions to achieve the desired results, allowed Coca-Cola to leverage its IT resources more effectively
Lead the West in developing wireless solutions for a myriad of applications. Partnering with equipment
vendors, determined how best to apply a standard setup for a variety of a situations, enhancing flexibility and
effectiveness, resulting in substantial savings in the capital infrastructure spend
As a charter member of company Operational Excellence (OE) team, wrote detailed process plans for tracking
and life cycle management of PC’s, tablets, phones, and printers. Enabled nearly 200 technical analysts with
process flow for everything from onboarding new hires, to disposing of assets at end of life, which created more
reliable tracking of assets, a Sarbanes Oxley requirement
Managed Los Angeles Data Center for two years from 2009-2011. This was a Tier-2 facility which housed

Coca-Cola (2000-2006): Lead Technical Analyst
Leading the Northern California hand held deployment, a multi-million dollar project encompassing nearly six
months of preparation and implementation, required coordination of efforts from a large number of groups,
internal and external. Enabling 13 facilities for wireless communication, analyzing hundreds of delivery routes,
and developing a meticulous training and deployment schedule. The precise execution of this hugely
successful endeavor has helped Coca-Cola to realize an almost immediate increase in delivery efficiencies,
decreasing overtime and greatly enhancing the work experience of our logistics and distribution force
Coordinated all PBX and IP telephony installations, working with local user’s, corporate Telco entities, LEC’s,
CLEC’s, equipment vendors, cable vendors, and business partners to ensure efficient, effective installations
with virtually no disruption to the business
Coordinated Northern California’s router and switch upgrade project, achieved huge savings to IT by
eliminating the need for contract personnel
Determined the need for a more efficient method of interchanging data with business partner Information
Resources Inc. Ideated and coordinated the direct link between Coke and IRI, greatly enhancing our ability t o
exchange information and resulting in saving each Consumer Marketing Group location 20 hours, on average,
of non-productive time each week

Reviewed application and process teams requirements for the implementation of SAP Supply Chain in the
Atlanta Division, leading the team responsible for determined all hardware requirements

environments, including production environments and customer facing sales
Worked with Architectural Assessment teams to determine viability of introducing each new piece of equipment
in to the Coca-Cola network

including fixed scanners, and VMU’s to take full advantage of SAP WM.
