Guildstraining,whilstalso benefittingfromonthe jobtraininginboth PaintingandPanel Beating. Ilaterqualifiedas
a fullyskilledPainter, passingLevel 1,2 & 3 City& Guilds.
I progressedtoan ATA accredited SeniorPainteruntil2015, leadingthe PaintTeam, advisingandhelpingwhere
necessaryandensuringall vehicleswerepreppedinline withthe correctprocedures. Preparingvehiclesforre-spray
and ensuringpaintswere mixedtoensure aperfectmatch were all partof myworkingday.A keeneye fordetail was
importantinorderto spot anydefects afterspraying.
As a promotionIwentonto become WorkshopController, assigningworktoVehicle Techniciansandkeepingthe
workshop runningsmoothly. Planningincomingwork, managingtime andresource,ensuringexcellent
workmanship,maximumproductivity,meetingdeadlines,whilstremainingcustomerfocusedwere all keyfactorsto
the role.
The abilitytoworkunderpressure andbeingable tocope withthe physical demandsof the jobwere important.

Unfortunatelywiththe mergingof Kibworthand Corbysites,itmeantthatthe WorkshopControllerbasedatCorby
