Operations Manager (2012-2014)
PARTNERED WITH OUR IT ORGANIZATION TO CONSOLIDATE INTERNAL APPLICATIONS TO SAVE OVER $10 MILLION ANNUALLY
■ Managed a team of 15 Operations Analysts (consisting of 3 supervisors with direct reports) whose primary focus was
ensuring data integrity between IGS and the utilities in which we were active.
o This included verifying correct customer status, billing, rate and usage.
■ Worked fallout transactions/problems in 4+ different applications by identifying through SQL audits and extensive utility
knowledge. Researching problems and maintaining great utility relationships were keys to success.
■ Conducted one on one and team meetings to ensure prioritization of goals/principle objectives were being met, as well
