September 2013 | Brandopus - Internship
Clients/ Projects - McCain Canada, Rowse
I spent 2 weeks at Brandopus after winning a competition through NUA.
During the first week I worked on front of pack image tracing to assist

me looking at a brand update for Rowse honey and designs for a new
product that the manufacturer was considering bringing to market.
Jan 2014 | Sony Music/Foam Creative - Internship
Clients/ Projects - Sony Music Brit Awards
Tasked with designing the invite for the Sony Music Brit Awards after
party. The project lasted 4 weeks and saw me and two fellow NUA
students design the invite from start to finish. Along the way we had
to source and negotiate with suppliers who could make the bespoke
components for the finished product. All of this had to be done with the
strict deadline and budget in mind.

Clients/ Projects - Curvaceous Inc magazine design
Working for a small but ever growing online fashion magazine for plus

I picked up a lot of valuable experience in terms of idea generation and
working in an intense, fast paced studio. For ZSL I working on logo
designs for up-coming exhibitions, brand identity for campaigns and
a promotional bus wrap. For Royal Mail’s Magna Carta Stamp Pack I
worked on the design for the ink seal that is printed over the stamps.
Feb - April 2015 | Fishburn - Internship
Clients/ Projects - Prudential, MasterCard,
Trainline, Home Heat Helpline
Most of the work I did at Fishburn was building presentation documents
and typesetting copy for print design, although there was some brand
design I was involved with. The brand design in question was for an up-
coming side project for Prudential based on the companies history. Even
though my creative abilities weren’t fully tested I learned a lot more about
typesetting and the programs I was using.
April 2015 - July 2015 | Radford Wallis - Internship
Clients/ Projects - ONYX REM, TNBA, Stirling Ackroyd
My time at Radford Wallis was insightful and very hands on. I was fortunate
to be given some projects that I saw through from begining to end which I
found very satisfying and believe has helped my design skills a great deal. As
well as this I was fully involved in the design process of 4 pitches whilst I was
there which often saw me staying very late with team in order to make sure
everything was perfect. It was all a very enjoyable experience.
October 2015 - Present | Wowcher - Senior Designer
Clients/ Projects - Producing images for deals, marketing
design
As part of the in-house design team, I assist with creation of all the daily
design materials that keep the business running. The core of the work is
to produce images for the daily deals, which involves a good knowledge
of Photoshop to create an image that sells the product at it’s highest
potential. I started as a Design Executive and was promoted to Senior
Designer in September 2016. The senior position has seen me take on more
responsibility in team. Reporting to my head of design, I am responsible for
the look of many high profile deals, managing the way the team works and
thinking about ways our process and Wowcher’s success can be improved.
The role has improved my management and organisation skills, and given me
more confidence with decision making and art direction.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Keen eye and
interest for typography with some skill in hand lettering. Enjoy
styling and crafting work with precise attention to detail. Creative
and idea driven design, always looking for the big idea.
