brown coconut milk. Lakse is a collaboration
between Malay and Chinese cultures which
has a chewy texture, slightly translucent
white, and is thicker than ordinary noodles.

How to consume this food is very easy. Simply
remove the snail meat from the shell using a
wooden skewer, and eat it dipped in the
typical Riau Islands chili sauce. This one food
has a savory taste and sensation with high

5. Gubal is a food that is believed to be a cure
