2.  Responsibilities handledas A Senior MEP Engineer.
Job involves design check, execution and commissioning of PHE, Fire fighting and HVAC systems.
FPS:
 Class ‘C’ GI piping installation in all car parking areas and typical floors.
 Assembly of Zone control valve and fire hydrant assembly.
 Fire pump room installation and commissioning.
 Integration of system with BMS.
PHE:
 PHE pump installation and commissioning.
 Rain Water piping.
 Drainage piping (Cast iron ,PPC piping)and water supply piping(CPVC, Multilayer piping ,GI piping)
 Bathroom fittings and handing over to client.
 External storm water and drainage construction and commissioning.
 Installation and commissioning of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP).
HVAC:
 Installation of VRV system, CRV system, AHUs, FCUs.
 Installation of Ducting and refrigerant piping, Ventilation fans.
 Integration of HVAC system with BMS.
Apart fromabovementioned following are responsibilities handled at site:
 Meeting consultants for approval of drawings.
 Meeting consultant for approval of material submittal.
 Mobilization of site including tools and equipment required for site activities.
 Manpower management for the execution of work as per schedule.
 Monitoring/arrangement of materials required for site activities
 Prepare weekly, monthly and overall project completion schedule.
 Execution of project as per scheduled and approved programme.
 Prepare DPR for smooth execution of the project.
 Prepare Variation cost analysis if any due to changes in the drawings.
 Prepare ITP’s for the material received at site.
 Prepare monthly cost analysis for the project.
 Prepare subcontractor Bills.
 Testing, commissioning and handing over of system TO CLIENT.
