Chevonne is the Managing Director and Human Resource
Development Specialist, at Target Communication Group
Limited. He holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource
Development and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Human Resource
Managements (Major); Psychology (Minors) from the
University of the West Indies, Mona.
Chevonne has over 15 years’ experience in training and
development and has assisted several top companies locally
in staff development. He assists part- time at the JDF Cadet
and volunteers with Excelsior Community Junior Scots. He is
currently a member of the Human Resource Management
Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ)

Danielle is a Senior Consultant, Human Resource
Development at Target Communications Group Limited. She
holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Development and a B.Sc.
(Hons.) in Human Resource Management.
Danielle has over 10 years’ experience in training and
development in soft skills which have assisted several locally
and internationally in staff development.
Danielle is determined to share her success bybuilding those
around her. She has published manuals on HRM for
Caribbean. Her passion for guiding and nurturing young
entrepreneurs is inspired by her own opportunities studying
internationally.
