 Prepare and record entries related to daily HQ transactions

 Organization wide contact for all HQ PAR inquiries and requirements
 Timely allocation of PAR and reconciliation of suspense balances between the HRIS

 Determining the appropriate steps and executing such to clear reconciling items.
 Manage and support all the periodic data collection for reporting and distribution
 Engage with other business units on identifying ways to enhance the current
PAR process and improve efficiencies.
 Provide inputs to Higher Management related to PAR process, policies and procedures.
