resources for mission and development projects
 To coordinate all development activities towards achieving

 To supervise and support development staff to implement
projects and programmes with high level of competency,
professionalism, accountability and transparent
 To inspect, monitor and evaluate all projects and
programmes in the organization and ensure that they
produce desirable results and lasting impact
 To organize and coordinate development seminars,
workshops and conferences that enhances the capacity of
communities
 To organize the meetings of the organization development
committee
 Coordinating Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Project
