EMPLOYMENT
Project Coordinator (Johnson & Johnson), Nice-Pak International, Flint
October 2013 – Present
• Assist the project manager with all projects including artwork changes, brand re-launches, new
product launches and product specification changes for all Johnson & Johnson (J&J) categories.
• Coordinate and manage the artwork process, communicating with the customer, their agents,
artwork houses and suppliers.
• Raise the relevant internal documentation for product set-up and/or specification change,
ensuring completion and sign off by relevant parties meeting strict deadlines.
• Develop and process product specifications from J&J, internal manufacturing specifications and
bill of materials ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Generate & coordinate trade registration documentation and communicate with the J&J
regulatory team to ensure compliance.
• Check product samples with shipment despatches if required and maintain the storage of
product samples.
• Maintain product history file, updating the product matrices across the J&J portfolio and
creating new internal codes where required.

• Develop the Africa programme with new and existing products which represent the Carrier
brand and style.
• Annual production of the Africa brochure including all tasks from initial pagination to final price
checking and proofreading.
• Regularly update website content to best represent products in the Carrier style whilst ensuring
maximum accuracy with images, pricing and destination information.
