My duties and responsibilities involve:
Preventative maintenance on instrumentation and electrical equipment on plants like: sag mills, floatation circuits,
refinery, gold room, crushing circuit, auto claves, oxygen plants, water treatment plants, rope or aerial conveyors, etc.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and calibration of sensors, transmitters, analyzers, transducers, gauges, etc...
Review and analysis of client function specifications to ensure accurate installation of plant instruments and good
workmanship is attained at all times.
Plan and co-ordinate factory acceptance testing.
Document testing and calibrating procedures, results and feedback.
Maintain excellent customer relationship by ensuring planned works are completed within required timeframes.
Allocate tasks to apprentices or trainees to do planned, breakdown or even new project jobs.
