What is a Mobile Strategy?
Again - Mobility is in general not different from any strategy:
1. Deliver your products on your customers premises
2. Create a good working environment for your employees
3. Combine 1 + 2 in the most (cost) efficient way
It takes courage to make a mobile strategy, and you are never
100% sure it will work. Therefore don’t make 5 year plans!
