These before and after shots are from a home we sold for a really sweet retired couple in the East Charlotte area. We knew what we had to do to get them top dollar and shortest selling time. We sold the home in about 8 hours, cash, and closed it 2 1/2 weeks later. They put about 11K into it but had they not, they would have realized a sales price of probably about 30K less than asking. They knew they had to get the home painted but didn't believe in staging and didn't want to pay extra to paint the deck. In the evening, after the home stager had finished her staging earlier that day, the wife called me and said one single thing: "Chad, I have to admit. You were right. I didn't believe in staging but now that I see it, I just can't believe it. I just wanted to call and tell you that". Well, needless to say, that was a wonderful call to receive and my spirits just lit up.
