  • 3. REACTION MAKING THE TUTEE FEEL THAT THE SESSION IS VALUABLE. TO HELP UNDERSTAND HOW WELL HE OR SHE RECEIVED THE SESSION, ONE HAS TO ANALYZE THE ENGAGED, WHAT HE OR SHE CONTRIBUTED AND REACTED TO IT. FOLLOWING ALL THESE ENABLES THE TUTOR TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO FUTURE TUTORING SESSIONS BY RECOGNIZING AREAS THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN MISSING.
  • 4. Tutees reaction to the tutoring session. Did the tutee find the tutoring session relevant and valuable?
  • 5. LEARNING EACH TUTORING SESSION SHOULD HAVE DEFINITE OBJECTIVES. BY ANALYZING WHAT THE TUTEE HAS OR HAS NOT LEARNED, THIS WILL HELP TO CREATE SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES.
  • 6. How much knowledge does the Tutee has? Will the tutee be confident in his or her recently learnt skill?
  • 7. BEHAVIOR BEHAVIOR ONLY CHANGES WHEN THE ENVIRONMENTS ARE ENCOURAGING. HERE ONE CAN UNDERSTAND HOW WELL THE TUTEE APPLIES WHAT HE OR SHE HAS LEARNED. LETS PRETENDED THAT AFTER ASSESSING A STUDENT AFTER A TUTORING SESSION, ONE SEES LITTLE TO NO CHANGE, ONE CAN CONCLUDE THAT THE MEETING WAS INEFFECTIVE.
