3. Lets see how it works..
To Create brand : Goto -> configuration -> Brand

4. To Create model: Go to -> Configuration -> Model

5. To create complaint type : Goto ->Configuration ->Complaint type

6. To create complaint template : Goto -> Configuration -> Complaint Template

7. To add Terms and Conditions : Goto -> Configuration -> Terms and Conditions

8. To create product : Goto -> parts Inventory -> Create

9. Add parts details on product then save

10. To create service request : Goto->Service request->Create

11. Service Ticket will be look like following image

12. Assign an user as mobile Technician

13. Login as Mobile Technician -> Service request -> Select request -> update parts usage -> Mark it as
Completed/Not solved

14. Login as Admin -> View Service request -> Select request -> create invoice

15. Provide service charge amount -> then Create Invoice

16. Validate the invoice

17. Make Register Payment

18. Enter total amount and details->Then validate
To get various reports Goto -> Reports
