  5. 5. How to restart/stop the odoo service in windows: For start/stop odoo service, Windows OS provide a Services window to access all the services From the window we can easily start or stop the service by clicking the buttons
  6. 6. Menu start ? type Services ? search Odoo Server ? Select line and click on restart/start/stop buttons above.

For that find the odoo cofig file(.conf) from c:Program Files(x86)Odoo.10.0serverodoo.conf And change the port by adding xmlrc_port:8010 (As you like
  9. 9. 3.Create a new windows service for the newly created instance Run the following command in command prompt: sc create <service_name> binPath= “c:Program Files(x86)Odoo.10.0 – copyservicewin32_service.exe” ** notice that there must be a blank space after the equal sign (binPath=) in the command line
  10. 10. NOTE: The option name includes the equal sign.   13. 13. From the new wizard change the Start up type to Automatic. Otherwise if we set it as manual, whenever we restart the system we have to start the service manually.
