Answers 1- I think that a constitution  is a set of rules for the goverment, It can be writen or no, of an soberan state! 2-There were a lot of constitutions before  constitution of 1886 There were  constitutions between 1809 and 1830. In 1811 la provincia  de cundinamarca was free, In 1830  eight constitutions were also free , for example : Tunja,Cartagena,Mariquita,Neiva and Antioquia! 3-In the United States the slavery was abolished in 18465 In british colonies  the slavery was abolished in 1834  And in frensh colonies the slavery was abolished in 1848 4-A constitutional amendment is a change in the constitution of a nation or a state .Amendments require a special procedure different from that used for ordinarylaws
5-I thinkthatthe concept of “ State of siege” BecomesfromthesrugglebetweenUruguay's government and the leftist Tupamaro guerrillas  6-I think that a Plebiscite is a popular vote, A plebiscite should not be confused with a general election or regular voting, That word plebiscite comes from the latin plebis.Under a plebiscite, the people are allowed to decide on an issue of importance 7-I think that it is applied to the action or feeling that occurs between two people or things and is exerted simultaneously of one towards another one, and to the inverse one. 8-Bureaucracy is the combined organizational structure, procedures, protocols, and set of regulations in place to manage activity, usually in large organizations. 9-I think that decree-laws were the ones that

To declare the abandonment of the position and the permanent physical         incapacity of the President of the Republic.   4.To decide on the excuses of the Vice-president to exert the Presidency of the Republic.
  5. To choose the Magistrates of the Constitutional Court.   6. To choose the General Solicitor of the Nation.   7. To approve or to improbar the military ascents that the Government confers, from Generals and Official of Standard of the Public Force, to the highest degree.   8. To authorize the Government to declare the war to another Nation.    9. To allow the transit of foreign troops by the territory of the Republic.    10. To render previous concept to the Government on the prorogation for    the second period of the State of inner commotion.  14-I think that the people are the ones who elects the congress, All states are divided into districts according to population . Larger the population larger the districts 15-The government in the Republic of Croatia is organized on the principle of separation of powers into legislative, executive and judicial branches 16-By Constitutional mandate of Article 163, the Supreme Court of Justice, with soothes in the capital city of Managua like the remaining Powers of the State, is integrated by sixteen Magistrates and Rooms, whose organization and integration are delegated to the Statutory law of the Judicial Power.
17- The Supreme Court of Law this integrated, from the 1995 reforms, by 11 ministers, who are chosen by the Senate of the Republic on the basis of a propose short list by the President 18-A superior court is "superior" relative to a court with limited jurisdiction, which is restricted to civil cases involving monetary amounts with a specific limit, or criminal cases involving offenses of a less serious nature. A superior court may hear appeals from lower courts 19-Section 8. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States 20-TheGovernor is the chief executive officer of the State . He occupies a position much like that of the President of the United States ; he is a major figure in his political party, and he has important ceremonial, executive, and legislative functions . However, the precise role of the Governor in any one State differs from that in any other State, so that what is said about the Governor in a specific State must be modified when it is said about the Governor in anotherState .
