I stumbled into copywriting rather seredipitously, actually. While pursuing my English Honours degree I was approached by an aquaintance (who knew I was an English Literary student) to write the copy for the the company he worked for, WikiDeals. Without truly understanding the relevance of on-page copy and SEO writing, I proceeded to generate the copy for the WikiDeals website for several months - on a freelance basis - whilst completing my degree.
