Overnight, COVID-19 changed life and how communities function in Montenegro. From March 2020 to January 2021, a total of €9.49 million was donated to address the harmful effects of the novel coronavirus in Montenegro. Most donations (over 54%) went towards purchasing supplies and consumables, and over 94% of donated funds were directed towards state and public institutions. The primary beneficiaries were the general population and people in economic need.

crisis in solidarity.

From March 16 to January 31, 2021, a total of EUR 9,493,460
was donated to eliminate the harmful effects caused by the novel
coronavirus in Montenegro.
Amongst the donors, companies were the most agile and immediately reacted to the
outbreak of the crisis.
