In 2014, the Group became one of Happy Life Insurance Company’s major shareholders and also partnered with KTB Ventures to co-
establish the China-Korean Investment Fund—an investment fund set to raise more than USD$3 billion.
The Group is currently initiating the establishment of West Life Insurance with Qinghai provincial government. West Life Insurance,
whose service offerings will include consumer, supply chain and technology finance, will expand the Group’s financial services

Brookstone has grown from a mail-order retailer, to a multi-channel electronics retail powerhouse with over 300 stores in the United

In 2014, Sanpower joined efforts with Sailing Capital and GE Capital to purchase
Brookstone. Sanpower intends to leverage its retail presence in China and the UK
as well as to introduce novelty products to the Chinese market allowing Brookstone

Listed on HKSE in 1988 and acquired by Hiteker in 2015, IDT International engages in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and
marketing of lifestyle electronic products.
Renowned for its innovation within the industry, IDT’s subsidiary Oregon Scientific, specializes in Smart Living electronics. As
such, Oregon Scientific has a complete selection of smart products such as children’s tablet computers, smart bracelets, and

Oriental Fraser is a luxury brand that provides retail services for high-end clientele. It focuses on international first-tier brand retail
offering. The Oriental Fraser concept will both stock “own-bought” products as well as offer concession opportunities. Nanjing’s
Oriental Fraser is Nanjing’s first centrally located luxury department store. Oriental Fraser’s initial expansion will take root in major
