Cassie Cochran named Marketing Manager of Dalton CVB
Dalton Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce the appointment of
Cassie Cochran as the Marketing Manager. She replaces Garrett Teems who
moved to the Dalton Convention Center as Management Trainee. Previously
Cassie worked for Shaw Sports Turf as the Brand Manager and Shaw Industries
as a Corporate Business Analyst.
When asked, she had this to say about why she joined the Dalton CVB team, “It
just makes sense! I love Dalton and thoroughly enjoy helping the community
develop and flourish. It’s an honor to have this position!”
“We are very excited to have Cassie join our team,” said Brett Huske, Director of
Tourism. “Her background and energy will ensure we continue the historic
tourism growth Dalton has seen the past 6 years”.
Cassie was a college volleyball player, finishing her career at Dalton State
College, where she graduated in May 2015 with a B.B.A. in Marketing Systems.
She is very involved in the Dalton community through Rock Bridge Community
Church, Family Frameworks, Cross Court Volleyball Academy, Greater Works of
Dalton, Mercy’s Door, and Roan Street Elementary.
Cassie is the daughter of Danny and Angie Cochran, and soon-to-be wife of
Dustin Coker.
