Part 1: Giant World Timeline
Each Giant World Timeline must include:
● All 72 “Events” must be located correctly on timeline from your “Major Event in World History”
worksheet
● 36 of these events must have a colored (2+ colors) graphic (these can be drawn or printed out from a
computer, cut out of a magazine...etc)
● Title timeline as “Major Events in World History”
● Choose 5 events from the “World Event in World History” worksheet and write one paragraph each that
includes: What this event is, why it’s important, and what impact it had on World History. These can be
written or typed on a separate sheet of paper and attached to the timeline.
