Planning, reviewing and updating of Construction Programmes and Schedules
Cost tracking and managing of Site Instructions (SI’s) and Variation Orders (VO’s)
Assisting the Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM) with technical solutions to problems
concerning the Contract Documents
Document Control - transmitting all Contract Documents and Technical Queries (TQ’s) from site to the
Design Team, Consultants, Line Managers and Internal Departments
Providing direct support to the CM and PM to hand over the product on time within budget at the
quality standard required
Providing technical information and support to the CM and PM to assist them with making decisions
Managing Sub-contractors and Cost Tracking all Dayworks and Variations
Preparing and submitting Progress/Cost Reports to the CM and PM on a weekly and monthly basis
Analysing of Contract Specifications and providing support to the CM and PM
Printing and managing all Contract Drawings, Specifications and Site Instructions
Providing estimates for quantities of materials required
Placing orders and arranging transport of material and plant to site
Managing of all administration including but not limited to labour, material, plant, variations, quality
control/quality assurance (QA/QC), procurement and reporting
