2. NADC Membership Database (MEMNET)
The NADC has recently moved to a new database system with the aim of:
• providing access for centres to have their own login details to update, change and
correct details about their member centres.
• streamlining membership renewals and payments and;
• providing an avenue to book events and training via the membership portal
(currently in development)
Please follow these step by step instructions that have been developed to assist
you in registering for the database and to help you pay your membership renewal.

3. As an NADC Member you would have recently received an email about how to register for the NADC Membership
Database. The email would have looked like the one pictured below.
In case you did not receive this email or can not find it, new emails will be sent to you in the coming days.
4. You would have also received this email which explains information on how to renew and pay for your
NADC membership renewal.
5. The first step to registering for the NADC Membership Data base is to go to:
http://nadc.net.au/login/
This will bring up the NADC webpage membership portal. If you are unable to use this link please go to our
webpage, click on Membership and the drop down menu field Login via this link:

6. Once you click on this link you will be brought to this page. Click the Register button.

7. You will then need to enter the following details which have been provided to you on your initial registration email:
• Your Member code / number
• Your first name
• Your last name
• Your postcode
• A user name - Here choose your own unique username as long as it is not already in use and is between 6-50
characters.

8. Once you have registered your details you will see a page appear confirming your registration is complete and
advising you that an email has been sent to you. Please go to that email.
9. The email will explain that you need to set up your password. Click the link to create your password.

10. Enter your user name (this was the name that you chose before when registering and would have come on your
password email). Then enter your chosen password. Click set password.

11. Once you have set you password you will:
1. Either be directed straight to your membership page within the database or;
2. Be directed back to the login screen. If you are directed back to the login screen enter your user name and
password and then click login.

12. Your membership database landing page will look like this. There are six tabs along the top and bottom. This is
where you navigate around the database. At the bottom you will notice that your account balance will be $0.00.

13. The ‘My Details’ section has all the details about your member centre. In this section you can update all your
details including the primary preson’s contact details.
14. The view/pay invoices tab will not show anything at this stage. Please do not be concerned about this. An invoice
will be generated in this section after a payment has been made. Here you can search for any payments that have
been made once completed.
15. The ’My Bookings’ page will show any bookings for events and /or training that your member centre has made.
This page is currently under construction but it will eventually be able to show any bookings that you make with
the NADC. Information will be emailed to you when this is ready for use.
16. The ’Book Events’ page is where you are able to book any events and /or training. This page is currently under
construction but you will eventually be able to book all NADC events and training from here. Information will be
emailed to you when this is ready for use.
17. The “Member Directory’ page allows you to search for any NADC member centres and provides their contact
details.
18. The “Your Subscriptions’ page is where you will find your NADC Membership renew and where you can pay for
your invoice. You will only need to use this page if you are paying by credit card.
There are three ways to pay your membership:
1. Credit card payments – please follow the instructions on the following slides
2. Cheque. If you wish to pay this way please write your member code on the back of the cheque. Please
post your cheque together with your membership invoice to NADC Secretariat, 145 Macquarie
Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia and email Carolyn at admin@nadc.net.au to advise that this has
been you method of payment.
3. Bank Transfer from your online banking. Please identify your payment by including your member code in
the banking reference field for your membership payment. Our bank account details to make the EFT
payment to is the following:

Email Carolyn at admin@nadc.net.au to advise that this has been you method of payment.
When you pay via any of these methods a receipt and NADC Membership Certificate will be emailed to you
within one week.
19. If you are paying by credit card – please note the following:
Credit/Debit Card via online payment on our website that have either the VISA or Mastercard
facility. For Visa Credit Card Holders - Some members may be asked to enter their Verified By Visa (VBV)
Password and Verified By Visa Personal message when making payment via the ADS merchant facility
site. If your credit card is recognised as a Verified By Visa Enable Credit Card please enter these details as
requested. If you have not activated for your Visa Credit Card to recognise the VBV online service then
you may not be able to proceed any further with making an online payment for your NADC Membership.
If this occurs, please contact the Carolyn via email at admin@nadc.net.au to have your subscription fees
processed via the ADS/NADC Administration Merchant Facility. We do apologies for any inconvenience,
however the Verified By Visa online security service is controlled by Visa and not by ADS/NADC.
20. The “Your Subscriptions’ page is where you will find your NADC Membership renew and where you can pay for
your invoice by credit card. You will need tick the ‘select to renew’ and then press the ‘renew subscription’
button.

21. If an error occurs and you can not see the ‘renew subscription button’ (as displayed below) please log out and log
back in. We are aware of this problem and are working on fixing it asap.

22. On the next page please check your details and if correct please push the ‘renew subscription’ button. If for any
reason your NADC subscription is wrong please email Carolyn at admin@nadc.net.au

Once you have confirmed your subscription you will be need to push the ‘complete payment’ button. Please
note: once you do this you will be redirected to an ANZ screen. This screen requires that cookies are turned
off on you computer. If this is not done, the page will not connect.

Ignore the spinning circle.
From here please pick your method of payment. We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard's. If a spinning
loading circle appears please ignore and chose your method of payment anyway.
25. Is an error like this occurs it indicates that the cookies have not been disabled on your computer. Please disable
the cookies and try again.
26. Please enter your payment details her and click ‘enter payment’. A receipt and NADC Certificate of Membership will
be automatically emailed to you.
