business process that the company uses to manage transfer of new products and processes from R&D into
MFG. To date, R&D has successfully managed over 200 projects through this process.
New Product Introduction: Director and co-developer of the “chosen first” business that allows the company
to properly gate and vet new product ideas (Market, Sales, COO justification through NPV analysis). Several
new business opportunities have been initiated using this process since 2015.
