Anders Flanking, State Secretary to the Swedish Minister for the
Environment, presented the prize to Myriam Tryjefaczka, Camfil
Farr’s Corporate Sustainability Officer, at the Nobelux awards
ceremony, held on September 26 in Brussels.
NOBELUX Chamber of Commerce is a Swedish Chamber of
Commerce for Belgium and Luxembourg, founded in
Stockholm in 1997.

• Eurovent estimates for European market fan energy consumption at 31.5 TWh
for building ventilation.
• We know from Life Cycle Costing and field measurements that 10% energy
efficiency is achievable by using lower energy air filters, whereas meeting the
requirement for filtering performance.
Therefore,
3,1TWh per year potential savings,
would result in 600 000 cars CO2 equivalent emissions reduction
