Segmenting and file conversion of existing and acquired properties.
Construction of 18 channel Master for discrete international playout, including
German, French, Polish, Turkish, Hungarian, and Czech feeds.
Syncing, assessing, and modifying of language files from 3rd party vendors.
Quality control and export.
• Compliance editing: Interact with legal compliance teams on 4 continents to produce
daily exports of topical as well as legacy shows. Complete per territory version edits in
time sensitive environment that include necessary effects (such as blurs or other legally
required obscuring, with tracking and animation), cuts and other changes as required.
• Live events capture and compliance in multiple languages and territories during Award
Shows, Red Carpet events, etc., under day of air time restrictions.
• Recuts/Revisions. Conforming any changes or updates of domestic legacy changes
(such as updates to biographically based programs/legal changes/rights & clearance
issues) to Foreign Language Masters, an arduous task that requires cutting around pre-
existing 18-channel programming.
International Operations editing has operated between linear online/Avid/Final Cut/
Liquid Blue platforms.
