i) To check the daily collections and banking in.
ii) Collection of old outstanding-writing letters to defaulters

iii) Reconciliation of Accounts
 MAINTAINTENANCE of Swimming Pool & Gym & other facilities
i) Ensure Swimming Pool & Gym are checked daily

i) Liaising with DBKL/COB/Land Office and others on related matters.
