At the California Asphalt Pavement Association (CalAPA) Spring “Technical Tune-Up” Educational Workshop held April 5, 2022 in Brea, a presentation titled "Conference Welcome & State Agency Perspective" was delivered by Tony Tavares, Caltrans District 7 Director. The presentation included a welcome to the District 7 region and highlights of the Caltrans construction program and partnering with the construction industry.
