• Facilitate sharing sessions on what is actually used in UL
• Improved coordination of licencing purchases
• Long Term- Governance through policies and procedures
5. IT and the Student Experience
• Assist in sharing of best practice in use of ICTs in teaching
and learning (greater alignment with ITD and T&L)
• Long Term- move to single or defined platforms for students

• Improved communication and consultation with students in

• Make supporting research a strategic priority for ITD

• Develop rolling replacement plan for core IT infrastructure
