• Conversion of forms means rethinking how they work

Lessons Learnt
• Training our people
– Outside trainers worked in some sessions
– But not for these type of apps (process not technology)
– People turning up difficult
• Multi platform
– Not ideal, but does give flexibility
• Our own app
– Took longer than expected
– Cost a bit more than hoped
– But works well and liked by users (intuitive)
• Having a ‘Business Representative’ helped us
• ‘Churn’ on tablets lower than phones
• Plan longer to implement this sort of change
