State Resource Mobilization Statutory Requirement: The Emergency Resource Mobilization Plan is required under 24-33.5-1210, C.R.S Authority: Established by statute to the Division of Fire Safety Mandate: To maintain a statewide mobilization plan to provide for All-Hazards resources in the event of a disaster or local incident that requires more resources than those available under any existing inter-jurisdictional or mutual aid agreement. Additional Plan Support: Plan specifically supports the Colorado Disaster Emergency Act of 1992 (24-32-2104,C.R.S) and Colorado State Emergency Operations Plan.

Connect Colorado combines the resources always seen in the old database with the an interaction connection with the State’s Private Sector Community. This project was developed through the combined efforts of the Resource Mobilization Plan Working Group and Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership- CEPP, Booz Alan Hamilton and the Federal Emergency Management Administration

11. The new site will open to a secure screen for access through your email address and password. You will be required to register as a new user , click the user sign up box and request access and during vetting of access you can begin updating and loading the system with information.
12. The enrollment process takes only a few minutes and will guide you through all the necessary information needed to set up a user account. The Password strength indicator will tell you if you have a sufficiently safe password (Low, Medium, High)
