CMPRO Fast Task: Edit and Route a Record

  2. 2. Finding the Change Request The first step in routing a record is to find and view the record. 2 Filter by Document Type enterprise cr. Click the Search icon.2 Click the Document Icon. 3 4 1 Select the Queue icon
  3. 3. 1 Editing and Saving 3 Make edits as necessary. Click Save All Changes.2 Edit the form as necessary and click the Save All Changes link found on any section header. This will allow you to save your work for later use.
  4. 4. 1Select Submit Submitting Record 4 Use the Submit link in the Workflow Actions / Info section on the left to send the record to the next step.
  5. 5. Select Step 5 Select the step appropriate for the document. 1 You may have a choice of steps if you have alternative routing options. Select the appropriate step.
  6. 6. 1 Select Recipient 6 Select the recipient at the next step. Click the Submit Document button. 2 Choose the recipient at the next step and submit the record.
