On 3 December 2019 we held a stimulating and interactive session on the above with Fraser Perry (leading L&D and OD consultant) Our event began with gathering our attendees' questions and concerns. We encouraged attendees to share their experience and then working in teams (to pool ideas) we created a model of best practice for securing the benefits of significant change. Hard-Wiring the benefits of organisational change is a real challenge for many HR & OD practitioners. Why? Because the benefits achieved following initial implementation are often eroded over time. We'd like to thank Fraser Perry for leading our event. Fraser runs his own consultancy business, helping his clients to initiate and navigate significant change and generate step-change business and organisation performance improvement.
