This presentation details step-by-step instructions on how to register your 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for Give More 24! This registration information strictly applies to the Give More 24! event being held on September 18, 2014. 2. TO JOIN IN ALL THE ACTION OF
GIVE MORE 24! NONPROFITS MUST:
1. Qualify as a 501(c)(3) Organization
2. Sign an Agreement of Understanding
3. Submit payment of Registration Fee
4. Complete their Give More 24! Profile
3. STEP ONE: REQUEST YOUR MATERIALS
> Call the Community Foundation office at
360.694.2550 and request materials from
Ellora La Shier or Huyen Truong
> Or, request your participant materials via
email by contacting GiveMore24@cfsww.org

4. > Email or fax an Agreement of Understanding to
GiveMore24@cfsww.org or 360.737.6335
> Visit www.give-more-24.org and click on the blue
button that says, “Nonprofits Register Here”
> Verify your size, complete the required form fields
and submit payment of your Registration Fee
STEP TWO: SUBMIT YOUR MATERIALS

5. STEP THREE: COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
> Upon payment, you will receive a link that allows
you to edit your Give More 24! donation profile
> This link will also be sent to your email in a receipt
confirming your registration payment
> Save this link for future reference and then click
through to access your profile. From here, read the
instructions and complete your profile

6. STEP THREE: COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
> Once completed, click the orange “Save Changes”
button in the bottom left hand corner of the form
> This ensures that the information submitted will
show up on your Give More 24! donation page
> After saving, you will receive a confirmation page
with an example of your donation profile, as well
as a “Thank You” email

7. STEP FOUR: ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
> At this point, the Community Foundation will check
each organization’s eligibility to participate
> If approved, you will receive an email notification
> If your organization is ineligible or your profile is
incomplete, the Foundation will notify you

8. STEP FIVE: PREPARING TO LAUNCH
> Leading up to the event, nonprofits can update their
profile through the URL provided in the receipt or by
visiting www.kimbiamatchday.com/login.php and
identifying “Give More 24!” in the event field
> In the coming months, organizations will receive a
Give More 24! Nonprofit Toolkit, invitations to our
webinar training sessions and direct links to their
Give More 24! donation

9. STEP FIVE: PREPARING TO LAUNCH
> Now is the time for your organization to begin
setting your Give More 24! goals, seeking out
match dollars and brainstorming ways to build
excitement around the big day
