Manage the go to market and product marketing aspects of HP's Americas Consumer Desktop PC, with a focus on
US retail execution. This is approximately a $2B business for HP within their Personal Systems Group. Activities
include, but are not limited to the following; P&L management, cycle roadmap development and execution and
developing go to market plans and tactics across the entire Americas region.

Director of Consumer Direct Operations
November 2005 to September 2008
Hewlett-Packard Company – Cupertino, CA
Managed the end to end operations for HP's Consumer "Configure to Order" on-line environment in the US.
Activities included; P&L management (~$700M), infrastructure development and implementation, content
management, order management and overall end to end execution from on-line sales to end-user product
delivery. Manage ~ 20 individual contributors and two senior managers. Represented business results and
strategies to EVP and CEO level executives to ensure proper funding and support.

September 2001 to October 2005

Defined, developed and implemented best in class web-site content management solutions for HP's consumer
direct store. Built a strong team of individual contributors to maintain and manage all content aspects for HP's

(~$1M) for the company while improving the customer experience.
