The building intelligence quotient of Middleton Hall was assessed at the pre-design stage in terms of how well it addresses issues related to project management, selection of subsystems, subsystem operation features and performance in stand-alone mode; subsystem operation in a building automation environment, and BAS equipment considerations. The purpose of this assessment is to provide guidance with respect to client needs, the range of options; technical considerations and investigations, investment analysis and selection of consultants.
