3. EP Engagement
• Is required to provide more value to the EP taking
the teaching program
• Enhance their AIESEC experience
• Allow them to become leaders and agents of
positive change
• One way of doing this is by engaging the EP using
external organizations
– Ensuring EP is developing key competencies prior to
their exchange
– Ensuring holistic development of the EP
– Teaching requires a wide range of skills and
characteristics which can be developed by the EP
4. BCP from AIESEC Taiwan
– Engaging EP by
partnering with external

5. Developing EP potential
• AIESEC Taiwan partners with 2
organizations: Libbler and Zenlinx.
• LIBBLER is a career development company
providing training and career opportunities
for entry level professionals via the online
platform www.libbler.com for FREE
• Zenlinx allows the EP to understand their
personality and brain profile, so they can
better understand their strengths and
weaknesses
7. Introduction
• LIBBLER is a career development company providing training
and career opportunities for entry level professionals via the
online platform www.libbler.com for FREE. We offer career
tools ,such as resume builder, mock interview and career blogs,
as well as internship and graduate job opportunities from
global employers across banking, asset management,
consulting, marketing & retail, engineering, etc.
Recently, we have launched a revamped site with an active
Q&A forum for students to ask our career advisors any career
related questions. We will also be launching the GLOBAL
TALENT PROGRAM within this week, a free program for
students to grasp basic professional etiquette through short
videos, and be recommended to various employers for
internship opportunities.
8. Training channels
• For LIBBLER, there are 2 main channels
that we use to enhance EP’s skills
• First, through the resourceful platform
provided by LIBBLER, EP can download
the files by themselves
• Second, conduct a virtual training
workshop with LIBBLER for EP especially.
9. Engage EPs
• So for EP, they just need to sign up on the
website, and then they will automatically
receive different emails talking about
different career topics everyday. Also, EP
can download all kinds of materials they
want from the website for free.
• For AIESEC Taiwan, we create a learning
timeline for EP, on next page

20. • Basically we just cooperate with the
company, and they provide system and the
trainer for follow up actions.
• This system required register fee, it’s
around 60 USD per person, so this could
be an additional charge to TN, if they want
to know more about the potential
candidates.
