9. Symptom recorder
For physicians it would be key to see and understand what the patient had
identified in his own health before he ended up visiting him.
The app helps patients to record what they’re experiencing by giving them an
easy to use, simple checklist based tool on their smartphones.
With this, they can record the

The app is the personal health assistant of the
user who helps to look after his well being – like a
secret angel
She asks and take care of the user’s:
– Liquid/nutrition intake
– Work out
– Stool
– etc
• She appears on the screen as a futuristic face,
the user can set her/his voice, etc. She talks to
the user, sends him messages to mind his
health.

• The app reads out loud the name, dose and
any other important information of the drugs.
• The app identifies it using the bar-code on the
sides of its packaging then reads out the
connected information on the selected

• Physicians can ask for the wellbeing of their
patient throughout the app. He can send push
notifications to the patient, asking for his/her
conditions – who can easily answer that with a
simple click.
• The Push Notifications can be generated
automatically based on the parameters given by
the physician.
• The app has two views – the physician and the
patient view. They are digitally linked together
so both parties can communicate with the other
one.
