2. Representation of social groups
• Our OTS contains teenage boys.
• We would represent this by stereotyping
them.
• As this is a modern OTS, so we want the actors
to have modern clothes and look like the
typical teenage boy.

3. How we will represent a teenage boy
• Fashion- conscious about what they wear, but this is an
informal occasion as they are doing a Ouija board at their
house e.g. trainers, jeans, t-shirt and a hoodie.
• Electronics- such as an iPhone on the table as our
generation are brought up with technology- we could have
a synergy with Apple.
• Speech- modern day language consists of mostly slang, so
our speech in the OTS will not be posh, portraying the traits
and characteristics of a teenage boy growing up.
• Teenagers tend to drink a lot of alcohol- synergy with
Budweiser for example- could have a beer bottle on the
table.
• Live a hedonistic lifestyle e.g. smoking- ash tray on table
