My current position is with corporate as a senior programmer analysis. I started
with TWC as a senior programmer analysis in the Midohio division. My responsibilities
were to design, develop, modify, test and implement programs that would provide various
operational and billing reports to divisional and regional management, customer
appointment reminders via email, customer address scrubbing, online customer billing,
lobby inventory reporting and develop our mail out process to name a few projects. As the
senior programmer analysis of the Midwest region my responsibilities are to design,

billing reports to regional management as well as coordinate the divisional

Programing. I have since been promoted a few times and am now a corporate Senior
Programmer/Analyst. I was involved with to the ICOMS 8.1 upgrade which includes the
iSeries, Data Mirror and Scorecard servers, work with our customer service survey
vendors to develop an automated customer survey system, and develop a “Dashboard”
Web menu to show Customer service survey results as well as provide a Web connection
to divisional as well as regional reporting systems . I have also formed a committee to
develop IT standards for the region which include programming on all levels as well as
data base administration on the regions servers. To make these accomplishments I used
RPGIV, SQL, IFS processing and several other utilities associated with the iSeries. I also
used FTP and HTTPS processing to make connections to both our Network servers and
third party vendors. Along with the technical work I also assist in the coordination the
Scorecard process, EDW processing efforts. I have also been directly involved in the
Billing of a $400,000.00 customer. This entailed Sending EDI Billing files. And of course
one of my favorite projects is sending Collection files to an account management vendor.

3. As a Consultant my assignment was at JP Morgan Case with the Sub Prime team.
My responsibilities were to design, develop, modify, test and implement programs that
transfer customer loans into the chase loan system. This is accomplished on the iSeries
using RPGIV, IFS processing and several other utilities associated with the iSeries. Along
with the technical work I also coordinate the flow of work from the prior loan servicer’s
computers into the computers at Chase working with the Chase data integrity team.

City of Cleveland, Ohio Public Safety (May 2002 to Jan. 2003)
I designed, Developed, tested and implemented an application using RPGIII, RPGIV,
CLP, Open Query and QUERY/400, and also established and monitored milestones
and
interacted with city management, county management, county programmers, third
party consulting company and end users. This project reported police cases to the
State of Ohio and the county via electronic media.

5. City of Cleveland, Ohio Public Safety Public Safety (November 2000 to June
2001)
Using RPGIII, RPGIV and CLP I Design, Develop, Test and Implement an application
to allow Arrest and Disposition information to be exchanged between a City Police
Department and their County Courthouse. I also modified a city’s 911 application to
allow additional information to be displayed on the operator’s monitors.
