style and preferences.
• Bring pictures and fabric swatches of both your lovely dress and your bridesmaid’s! This is crucial
when creating color palettes, selecting the perfect blooms, and choosing linens.
• We suggest you create a list of questions and flower needs prior to your consultation. This will help
ensure that nothing gets missed in all the excitement during your design meeting.
• Try to set a base-line budget for floral and decor before coming to the consultation. If you are
unsure of the cost of flowers, we provide all our brides with a floral estimate tool.

• There are several factors that determine how
much flowers are going to cost. For example:
Are you looking for local blooms, or are you looking
for a specific imported flower? Are you ordering both
ceremony and reception decor, or do you only need
personal flowers? If you are ordering centerpieces, do
you have 10 tables, or 30?
Generally, it is suggested that you spend 12-15%
of your total wedding budget on flowers and decor.
However, we have seen and worked with clients who
choose to spend much more and much less than
this average percentage, depending on their personal
needs and desires.
Florists must factor the following details into the cost
of your wedding flowers: Amount ordered, quality of
flowers, color of flowers, origin of flowers, seasonal
availability of flowers, designer costs, creativeness and originality of designs, labor fees for set, strike,
delivery, transfers, and/or pick up, location of event and travel costs, complexity of set-ups, rental items
and other materials used.
